"We booked Room2 for it's central location in Belfast, and because it was affordable. We didn't realise at the time that it had only just been built, so it is brand new. You could certainly tell that it was less than a year old when inside, it was immaculate. The reception area is shared with the cafe/restaurant and was always busy and had a good feel to it.
