"Staff was friendly and helpful. Coffee was amazing, better than any cafes I've had up to the point in London, Bath. Only 1 cafe in Liverpool was on par and I'm quite a coffee snob. Comfy room with ample amenities and welcome snacks. Bed was sufficient and huge. Thankful that there's fan. Gym was small but had sufficient equipment to do the bare minimum. If you're driving here, you might need to park at charing cross and get your ticket validated. There's so much construction going on...

"There's currently a lot of building work at the moment - not the hotel's fault obviously - but it took us a long time going round in circles trying to navigate closed roads and the one-way system. Maybe a note to advise of the best approach until it is over. The staff were lovely."
