"Great location, very busy hotel but the lifts are speedy so not long to wait. There was a $30 plus tax charge per day which i was not told about when booking. You could charge food and drinks against it but the bar was super busy and very expensive food. I may not have booked the hotel has I known about this rip off charge on advance"

"Pros: The staff were all amazing! The room was clean and the hotel was nice. Also location was good because you could walk from Penn Station. Room was decent sized for one night the city, I’ve stayed in larger and also smaller. Cons: The sliding mirror bathroom door was extremely heavy and hard to push open - you need some serious muscles to get out of the bathroom! "
