"Lift broke down several times. Tv did not work despite management trying it fix it. Food was shocking so much my partner got violently ill. Despite checking in with credit card we were required to pay for each item. When leaving staff brought luggage coatkeys left in room and taxi back to pick up. Disaster rm 238"

"Lighting in room was poor and bathroom had an extraction fan that ran for ages after light was turned off. I had fish and chips in restaurant and there were too many chips and everything seem to have been cooked in salt"

"Just checked in a few hours ago and must say it’s one of the nicest hotels with the most helpful staff. We have stayed in numerous 5stars across Ireland and the rest of the world and trump doonbeg is definitely one of the best. Check in was done immediately by lovely gents at the gate and the facilities are top notch. Staff are excellent."
