"Overall I was happy with the hotel and staff. Hotel had the toothbrush/toothpaste kits in the room which came in very handy after my luggage was misplaced by airlines. The staff also recommended a store about 500m away that had other items I needed. I was comfortable walking in the area at night. My only issue was it was very noisy (both from outside, and with the other hotel guests)."

"Very nice views, spa staff could of been more accomodating for my children to use the indoor pool as the outdoor one was too cold. Other wise nice rooms, and rest of staff were very nice..ended up staying two extra nights"

"The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."

"The building is kind of out dated. I can imagine that this hotel had its glorious day. The decoration is classy and nice looking. However, the entry gate is hard to find and seem like the area is not that safe comparative. However, the food for the dining is very tasty but the breakfast is too common and quality is not to the top grade. Internet is kind of slow. "
