"My husband was in a snowboarding accident and I kept extending my stay. The staff was amazing and understanding , and even asked about my husband almost daily. The bed was a little hard but they brought me a topper. "

"What a beautiful place to stay!! Right on the beautiful lake and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants in town. Also 5 minutes from Interlaken West which you walk along a quiet road to get to the hotel - very nice since the town itself can be busy. Best time to go is for New Year’s as they have a huge festival the 1st and a parade the 2nd. 5 minutes from a very cute cafe called Velo, and very close to the Victoria hotel. Reception was fabulous. "Small hotel close to the train station and about an 8-10 minute walk to the old town. The “big room” was spacious with a nice sitting area. I saw the “medium room” and it was big enough for 2 people. You may hear trams go by but it’s not loud and frequent. The area around the hotel is great with several coffee shops and restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again."
