"Worked for us, needed a cost effective overnight in Cork. Such a large hotel so no personal touches, everything was absolutely fine. But if cracked floor tiles and stained carpets bother you look elsewhere. The room was large for family of four, beds were comfy and they seemed to have good sound proofing as we slept great. Didnt eat at the hotel so cant comment on food"

"Undergoing a major remodel so it is not for the handicapped . Stairs just to get the elevator. Remodel should be done by June. Otherwise excellent. Lovely staff, convenient to main shopping area and the train Station"

"Had a great stay at the Lancaster Lodge and a lovely time in Cork. Our room was newly rennovated to a really high standard and bed was really comfortable. Hotel is in a great location, friendly and helpful reception staff and a great breakfast. We would definitely stop here again"

The beds were comfortable and everything was top-notch. They had the fluffiest and most comfortable towels of any place I’ve stayed. "
