"Great location right in the centre of the old town with plenty of places to eat and drink. Room was tidy and cleaned daily with toiletries replenished. Roof terrace was a bonus but must say we did not find reception staff very approachable and friendly."

"It is a beautiful hotel, an oasis, rooms in an orchard of palm trees. The only thing needed is that some rooms needs certain repairs and updates. The cobra palm tree is a must see."

"The rooms needs an update. For a 4 star hotel the television reception is below standard. The breakfast isn't the standard of a 4 star hotel. the coffee was not nice."

"Excellent location within the tourist section of the city. Everything is a short walk away from the hotel. The pick of restaurants, tourist attractions and of course the beach. Very friendly and helpful hotel staff, easy check-in process (although the online check-in option before you arrive didn't work for me). Amazing breakfast options from cooked bacon, sausage and eggs, cooked vegetables mix which I haven't seen anywhere else. Cold meats, cheese, bread etc. Limitless coffee and tea from...

"Our room was large with a big bathroom. A lot of the floor tiles were however cracked and the lighting was poor. In fact a standard light didn't work. Wifi was fine and breakfast was good. The main negative was that the gym was closed for refurbishment - this really should have been advertised whilst completing the booking. Access to Elche by foot was excellent."

"Casa Alberola is a beautiful boutique style hotel. The neoclassical architecture is stunning. Lovely setting across from the harbor. The best thing about Casa Alberola is their staff! We had a warm welcome from the gals at the front desk who were so helpful and accommodating! Olivia and her colleague (sorry we didnt get your name!) went the extra mile to make us feel special! The continental breakfast staff and cleaning team were efficient, helpful and friendly. "

"Location was great and staff was excellent. Marvelous rooftop bar. Breakfast was expensive but there are many options nearby. Only issue was that there are two small elevators and one was not working on two of the days. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and directed us to the service elevator but there were still lineups. Overall I highly recommend this hotel."
