"We have just returned from a fantastic holiday in Gran Alacant staying in Casa Louis. From the moment we booked this holiday, Richards communication was second to none. He sent us so much information about the local area, travelling around, the pool, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacies, great places to eat out...we felt like we knew the area before we even stepped on the plane. Casa Louis did not disappoint. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. A TV with all UK channels and great internet (important when travelling with teenagers!) The house was spotlessly clean and had absolutely everything we needed and more...even extra beach towels and easy to carry loungers for the pool. The highlight for us was the rooftop terrace. The views of Alicante and the sunsets are simply breathtaking. The loungers and seating area are so comfortable i spent many hours reading and sunbathing up there, we ate up there a number of times too & spent evenings looking at the stars. It was perfect. The house itself is located just a 5 min walk from the bus stop where you can get a bus or the land train to get around Gran Alacant or further afield. Its easy enough to get down to the central commercial area where theres loads of great restaurants and bars. There are great restaurants and bars right on your doorstep though and a fab mini market with the most amazing bakery so you dont have to go far. We had a wonderful holiday here. "Right from looking at the property on the website, I was so impressed with the location, the accommodation, the facilities on site and nearby, shops for essentials, pubs, bars, restaurants. With us not having our own transport, the bus stop was nearby to go locally, and bus stops to Alicante and Santa Pola were only a short walk. The bus prices were very reasonable, less than 2 euros per journey. The beaches were nearby also. The property host was very polite and very helpful, and was always only a phone call away. We had a great time, the property was well equipped, plenty of space, and a nice roof terrace. We cannot fault this property, and would dearly love to return in 2025. We found it such an easy relaxing place to stay, well done, very impressed. Thank you once again, Jesu's, fantastic guy, credit where its due."
