"Room was super clean and spacious. Ned comfortable. Only negative was that the lights on the heaters glow so brightly that room wasnt dark and that kept waking me up. Seating area near bar is tired and could do with upholstering and the floor was littered and untidy, however the rest of the hotel was clean and tidy. We have stayed here several times and give it a thumbs up, its not 5 star but it isstill a lovely hotel and very good value for money."

"We stayed in one of the suites. The hotel had very few guests staying there as it was in-between Christmas and New Year yet the guests seemed to have been out near to each other. A nice touch would have been to space people out there was no need to have the distruptions of water running conversations and doors shutting. There was a basic set up no frills. "We stayed for my friends wedding and the staff were AMAZING! They really couldn't do enough for us. The food was really good in the restaurant, breakfast and during the wedding. The rooms were spacious and clean, I would certainly recommend for a 1 night stay. The decor is a little tired and dated but the areas were very clean. If they updated the door locks to key cards, soundproofed the rooms a little and modernised the decor it would be a superb 5 star hotel. "
