"First off, the staff were phenomenal. Welcoming, helpful, and so knowledgeable about things to do in Belfast. Location is great for walking around the city. The hotel fills a valuable niche of having some rare practical amenities (kitchen, laundry) without the price tag of a luxury stay. My only cautions are that you hear a lot of noise from the street until the pubs close, and if you need your hotel rooms to be impeccably clean and maintained, it’s probably not for you. "
