"Garden Court Suites were well appointed and luxurious with lots of space and comfortable beds. We were initially put in a suite very close to the state highway from which there was a lot of noise but the lady at reception was very helpful and moved us to another suite as soon as one became available. The customer service was excellent."

"Lovely accommodation. Management arranged a parking spot for my husband. Room was great. A little out of Queenstown so nice and quiet. Very friendly and welcoming. Thank you to mark the manager and his staff. Self contained to cook breakfast and nice coffee machine. Only one glitch. The hot water spiked to scalding and then cold. Hopefully once that is sorted it will be perfect. Great view of the mountains "

"What a great base for my first 48 hours in ZQN. The young lady (from Spain) was a very delightful person to check me in. I was on the same floor as the entrance so that makes me super pleased. The rooms were the perfect size for solo travel. Not any spare room for luggage. But it was a very enjoyable place and I would recommend. "

"The Sherwood Hotel in Queenstown is gorgeous, but it might not have been the best fit for us. We were expecting more of a resort vibe with extra amenities and a bit more attention to detail. The hotel focuses on conservation and minimalism, which is great, but it meant we had to request extra towels and supplies. The breakfast was outstanding, with high-quality food and presentation. "You could hear showers and toilets flushing from neighboring rooms, not very well insulated. It was somewhat difficult to navigate the different levels and "blocks" that comprise the hotel. The lake view was beautiful. "
