"Shortly after arriving, we noticed air conditioning was not working in our room. Staff came up to have a look and verified the issue. Hotel agreed to give us new room next day. Luckily, it was the weather cool that night in London (April 2025). Next day, we had our new room. A little inconvenient, but staff responded quickly. Had new room next day with good A/C."

"The room was big and very clean. Bed was very comfortable. We were provided with clean towels daily. Room was cleaned upon request. This hotel is easily accessible from train and close to lots of tourist attractions. Didn't care much for restaurant food. Overpriced and underwhelming. Would recommend this hotel to anyone."
