"A lovely hotel in a beautiful location, great view of the bridge from the window. Lost a star due to a very young baby in the room right next door, crying all night. Not helped by the adjoining room door reducing any sound proofing. I was a little concerned that I could see right in to the neighbouring rooms as I was placed right in the corner, with no net curtains, I had to have the curtains closed for privacy. I would also say that it would be much better if the beds were on the opposite wall,...

"Great location, staff were kind and friendly and went out of their way to make sure everything was ok, room was great. Amenities were brilliant, bed comfortable loved the dressing gowns! Some really great touches. Only downside was that we had a wake up call at 7am we didn't ask for but when I mentioned this I was happy with their quick response. Great location, we walked to Buckingham palace one way and Piccadilly Circus, china town the other way. Quiet road in the heart of London."
