"The only negative was that other guest’s dog lefy 2 piles of geces in the corridet. Someone tried to remove it but left 2 significant feces smears on the carpet. We immediately notified front desk receptionist. Then next morning we told the housekeeper who was aware. The smears remained for our entire visit until our last morning when we submitted complaints to reception director again, it was finally cleaned at the time of our departure. "Great stay, excellent location next to train station but facing away from crowded area. Directly next to tons of transportation - which is free for tourists! Breakfast was nice in gorgeous panoramic dining room. To clear up the piece about the dual front desks - the hotels are CONNECTED -its a 10 second walk to the other hotel. I didn't have the need to do so. Very happy with stay, will be back for sure. "
