"I work FIFO and as I have early morning flights to catch and reside in Mandurah, I prefer to have an overnight stay close to the airport. There are cheaper options in the area, but I choose the Swan River Hotel as I believe you get what you pay for: quiet, comfortable and pleasant. This was my second stay and I will probably return."

"A great relaxing stay here, the apart-hotel really suited what we needed. Bus service from outside the complex takes you to Redbridge station (for the airport) or to the city centre. The pool and spa were great extras, giving the chance to cool off after a hot day. Accommodation was good, a little tired in places but the rest more than makes up for it. Would stay here again"

"Enjoyed a studio apartment which was great for me but would suit a couple. Sofa and bed were comfy. Great location if you want to be central. Easy access to trains..day trip to Fremantle. Nice morning stroll along the Swan. Heaps of shops and cafes nearby. "

"The Hotel was very handy for a walk to shopping and sightseeing. The room was good had all you would need. The swimming pool was a disappointment for us as when we went up to the top floor there was not enough chairs or loungers to sit on . So we never got to use it."

We were allowed to check in a little earlier, they provided apartments next to one another, they upgraded us to two bathroom apartments, they left a personalised card and bottle of wine for my birthday, and they let us check out a little later too! "Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast.  Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically.  Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff.  Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius...
