"ao realizar o checkup, parece ter havido um problema de integração com Hotéis.com, minha reserva estava para somente 1 pessoa, quando eu reservei para casal. ao pessoal da recepção identificou o problema e me fez o upgrade sem muitos questionamentos. Excelente estadia e todos funcionários simpáticos e prestativos. Recomendo. Unido ponto é que, o hotel tem alguns quartos não reformados e outros que após a reforma ficaram incríveis. Os não reformados tem a mesma disposição, porém com mobílias antigas e o que mais me incomodou são as iluminações não muito funcionais, banheiro tbm com louças antigas. Já tive as duas experiências, e obviamente me apaixonei com a mobília nova e moderna, porém no antigo ficou uma sensação de estar em outro hotel. Enfim, recomendo igual, e sinalizem na recepção a preferência dos quartos reformados."

"The place was clean, and the breakfast was excellent with a great setup. I would definitely return in a heartbeat. The only area that needs improvement is the pool— the water wasn't very clean. Other than that, the reception staff was young but very helpful. They took the time to assist with my luggage when there were no other customers waiting. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area. It's a wonderful neighborhood, and I had a great experience overall. Thank you"
