"Villa was good. Shower in one bedroom is a bit dangerous as it sprayed water on tile floor which was then very slippery. One of our group fell getting out of it. Bathrooms could use more light. washer and dryer unti were hard to figure out. Staff were very nice and helpful "

"Our stay at the resort was wonderful. The staff was exceptional and very lovely to us. There are several beaches within walking distance. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choices. I would recommend this resort and we will definitely be returning for another trip. "

"The staff were friendly. The hotel was fine. I could stay there again. However, there is room for improvement. I reserved a room with a river view. My room had a farm view with cows and horses. I complained, the front desk told me my room was not supposed to have the river view. I have never been in a hotel where we are required to wear a swim-cap to get into a Jacuzzi. We do not swim in a jacuzzi, our head does not get into the water in the jacuzzi and yet, we are required to pay for a swim...

"We stayed here for 4 nights and our stay was great. The staff on reception were so friendly and helpful and greeted us every time with a smile and hello as we were on the same floor. The staff at breakfast and at the bar were also friendly and welcoming. Our room was great with a balcony over looking the pool. The spa treatments were great and value for money was amazing. The only thing to comment on which wasn’t too big an issue was the ‘gym’. An outside area with machines which were...

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. Our bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly. The location and views are great. Breakfast and the occasional buffet was fresh and good. Minor comments being picky would be the heated pool could be warmer and also the hydrotherapy pool was cold. "

"Nice lodging units. We got upgraded to a 2 bedroom unit. The exteriors looks amazing. The interiors are awesome. The kitchen had everything you need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine. The pool looked amazing. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Many people were in resort for long stay and repeated customers. They had their own restaurant but were not far away from downtown full of restaurants and shopping. "
