"An amazing hotel and location .. The hotel is literally in the middle of the busy strip.. but you can choose to or not have busy or chilled days and evenings. Hotel room was clean and up to date too, staff very friendly. The pool area is amazing and the beds are so comfortable and it’s great that there is no bed reserving too. So it was easy to get a bed any time of the day really. Portugal is amazing and the Portuguese are so friendly too. Well recommend :-)"

"Cascade Wellness Resort was beautiful, relaxing, and had such nice staff. The food on the property was delicious. There were walking paths all around to beautiful cliffs, you’re about a 20-30 minute walk to downtown Lagos, and a ten minute walk to a beautiful beach—but you don’t even need to leave because the pool and spa areas are so nice!"
