" Brilliant hotel love staying there friendly staff lovely rooms"

"It was a nice room. Bathroom was a good size, nice light from the windows and the bed was large too. My only negative is that it was quite a hard bed and I get quite a sore back from hard beds so was in a bit of pain in the morning (fyi I’m under the age of 40 😂). Great size room though. "

"Beautiful hotel, modern decor, and a comfortable bed. Room was extremely spacious. Felt as though it was missing a sofa or chair as the light was shining on an empty space. TV had sky sports which I was very happy about when we got the back the room and the boxing was on. The lady at the reception when we arrived recommended a nice place local to go eat because when asked if we wanted breakfast, we said no as we are late risers. This was fantastic non-biased customer service "

"We booked the hotel as we were visiting the C&J Live for a show. I booked for my girls' birthdays and let the hotel know about it, and they kindly decorated the room for them, leaving juice, sweets, a teddy bear, and a card for each of them, and personally wished them happy birthdays, which I thought was very nice. The rooms were spotless, as was the rest of the hotel breakfast was good too 😋 I would definitely return."

"Lovely setting, comfortable room. The property lacked the polish and refinement we’d (naively?) expected. Inexperienced/poorly trained staff (at check in and checkout, the staff members announced their newness and lack of familiarity with the hotel systems. Desk attendants sitting and having personal conversations as we came and want throughout our stay, not acknowledging us, saying hello, or asking if we were enjoying our stay).
