"Exceptional ambiance "

"Our suite was large and comfortable, it did stay a little too warm in the room and the thermostat wouldn’t adjust below a certain point. Parking is expensive. "

"Use to be a Double Tree, but they are putting in new carpet and stuff. It was a very nice room, and the bed was sooooo comfortable!!! Only complaint of the room was that the water backs up in the tub while taking a shower. The staff Miss Lysa and housekeeping was super friendly!! "

"This is a very cozy apartment with home touches (like fall floral arrangements). Sparkling clean, mattresses very comfortable. Big well-appointed kitchen with kitchen table that seats 8. We were there in very cold weather and were warm and comfortable. The owners are very nice and kind. Note that you do have to walk up one flight of stairs to the apartment. We were very happy there. Easy to get downtown and around to groceries and shopping. "

"We ended up in two different rooms for our stay. The first room had cockroaches in the bathroom then the water AND the heat stopped working. The second room was a downgrade from the first with barely any water pressure and a broken toilet. We had to wash up in the sink. There was white dog fur everywhere from whomever stayed there previously and there were ALSO cockroaches in THAT room. We had to wash every dish before we could even cook in the room because the dishes were dirty. Just over"
