"We found the hotel excellent; the staff were very helpful and quite friendly (some reviews said otherwise but we met several people working there and all were great) We got the smallest room; which was quite small for two people but very clean and with nice furniture comfortable bed and new bathroom, good AC etc. Breakfast was very nice and relaxing. "This is a beautiful property. The buildings and surrounding countryside. The outdoor amenities are terrific with a large pool and a jetted smaller pool (cold water). The staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was small and utilitarian and the bed was too hard for our liking. We are dinner and breakfast there and both meals were good (especially the cooked breakfast). The only downside of the property is that it is aging and in need of updating and maintenance. "Beautiful location in a restored hilltop Italian village. Tranquil pool area with a lovely view of the village. Good breakfast included and a nice restaurant for dinner or lunch."

"This is an amazing hotel! You will not be sorry.. perfect location to visit the town of Spoleto. You can walk to just about anywhere from this hill top location near many of the historical sights and great shopping and restaurants. It's a real gem, built in the 60's with quality materials and cool vibe.. you won't be sorry! Just follow the signs to the top of the hill... spectacular views!"
