"The stay started as a holiday from hell with the hotel putting us in a run-down worker's accommodation because they didn't have a room available. We were given our room the next day—a spacious room on the 2nd floor with a large bathroom and balcony. The staff were amazing, especially Ramazan/Rambo. They always have a smile on their face regardless of the endless hours they work. A bell at the reception will definitely help as it was unmanned most of time. Breakfast daily is a table service...

"Marvelous experience. The hotel is quite scenic, so just walking around is a feast for eyes. However, it is also very tranquil, perhaps it was the time that we decided to go. Plus located right next to the entrance on the restaurant. After complaining several times and some delays they managed to change the room. "Parking is very limited on the streets at night. If you’re facing the sea, it’s quite noisy until 2:00 am or so. The rooms smelled to smoke wafting from the staff floors below. Breakfast was good. "

"I booked Annex room that is a modern room with a private swim out pool and upon checkin i was told the room is leaking water feom the shower and im being upgraded to a villa. It took 2 hrs after 2pm checkin to get an outdated old villa which has spiral stairs and isn't safe for kids. "Nice settings between Hisarono & ouledenzi need taxi to reach ouledenzi but hisarono walkable in 25 mins nice pool and apartments but food could be a bit better also good enter most nights "

"The staff were all warm and welcoming. Entertainment was great and a fun atmosphere. The only thing that was a down side was the hotel must've had a slight sewage problem as certain areas didn't smell too great and the corridor of the the room we were staying in had a lighting issue that made going to my room a little frightening. Still a nice place to stay with a few small maintenance issue."
