"Smart hotel in a great location right in the middle of Valletta. Large room and nice breakfast. Unfortunately, our room (101), was right next to the cleaners closet so we were wakened every morning. Room could have done with a comfortable chair. Also, television is restricted to a few Austrian and German channels, not even anything local. The hotel has no outside space, it would have been nice to have somewhere to sit and enjoy the sunshine. Having said all that, we really enjoyed our stay."

"The hotel is very central, close to public transport, nice promenade, relaxing area ideal for walks. Staff are ok and helpful. At the back where my room was, but, they are building something and it's quite noisy from early morning. I suggest to others to take a front room."

"No problems at all. Everything bad that I read in some of the poor reviews on here, didn't apply. Lifts and door locks were fine, the staff were pleasant, and the room was cleaned every couple of days. It was very quiet on my stay, and I only saw a couple of other guests. Didn't get chance to try out the pools as it was a bit too cold. Location is good, and it's only a 2-3 minute walk to the bus stop which you can use to travel to the airport, Valletta, St. Julian's etc. A bargain for less...

"We had an issue on the first night, and the receptionist managed to sorted it all out for us once raised. He was very apologetic for something that was out of their control but we’re grateful that he was able to accommodate. In fact the reception team during our stay were great. If I was to criticise, as we went during a low peak season, some facilities were out of use and the breakfast selections wasn’t as good for a 4* as I would have expected.
