"On the whole, the National Hotel offered very good value for money as far as I was concerned. We were given a very attractive, spacious room, which was one of the best features of this hotel. The breakfast offered was adequate in that there was some variety and reasonably good quality. One staff member in particular, Greta, offered very good service indeed and demonstrated genuine care for all guests. "The check in staff and restaurant staff were excellent. House cleaning for the room checked one day regarding cleaning. We didnt need anything that day, but the following day would have been nice since i did post clean room two days in a row. Food in the restaurant was very good. Easy walk to the beach. Parking was cramped "

"This hotel is known for its spa and water activities. We used it simply as an airport hotel, it being 5 minutes drive from PLQ airport. So I can’t comment on the water activities, but it looked fun. The room was very small but adequate. Nice desk staff who spoke English. The surrounding area doesn’t offer any restaurants or shops at all. We didn’t try the food at the hotel either. Overall it was good for us."

"I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. The design of the space and furniture were wonderful. It has high ceilings and a balcony which added greatly to the feeling of openness. The appliances are all quite new and the kitchen has all the items we needed to cook and feel like we were at home.
