"I love this property!! To start with, I communicated with the hotel via Expedia messaging prior to my trip and Pestaña always responded and quickly at that. Upon arrival, I was able to check-in early which was much appreciated after a 15 hour journey. The staff was so nice at check-in and also throughout my stay. "Amazing property in a historical building. The staff is super helpful. We extended our booking for a day but the room type we were in was sold out so we booked a deluxe (however didn’t want to move rooms). The front desk got us a free breakfast because we didn’t take the upgrade. Room service was spot on, including turn down service. "
