There was mold in the shower and most of the amenities had not been updated since the early 2000's. The TV was still a CRT. The staff was amazing and very helpful.

Currently building on a property next door, view out of window was showing builders hut, within property really clean, room was spacious and breakfast was good and plentiful. Only 1 person on desk and when we checked in the desk was empty for 10 minutes, despite ringing bell.

Friendly staff, clean but ants and other issues
The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. However, only one lift is working; I found a few ants in the bathroom; the air con is controlled by reception, and you have to ask reception for the lock to the safe.

The location of the hotel was perfect for our Lisbon vacation. The thing that made it special was the unbelievable attention the front line staff paid to meeting our needs. Great team. Would return in a heartbeat.

Pros: - Great location - SUPER helpful staff - Really comfortable bed - Close to metro - Easy to arrange airport transfer Cons: - Internet sucked - It smelled veryyyyy fragrant like in a super floral weird way - Hairdryer basically didn't do anything - We didn't use the TV but the TV was probably from like 1995 - That weird glow in the dark map for the hotel was too bright and we had to figure out how to cover it for us to not feel like our room was completely lit up at night - Aggressively blinking light overhead

Honestly, like other Turim hotels this was a great place to stay. Extremely helpful and friendly staff (great staff!), close to Metro, many restaurants around and within a short walking distance, grocery store just around the corner, very large room! Only criticism would be the furnishings in the room are outdated. Really, that’s it. I’d be very happy to stay here again.
