"Excellent location close to train station and public transportation (tram and buses). Close to lots of restaurants and main shopping venues. Room was reasonable size but bathroom could be updated. The temperature in the room and floors is too high and even with AC, could not reach an « acceptable » temperature. There is a gym with limited equipment (and again very hot). Excellent breakfast and friendly and helpful staff. "

"A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout. "

"We chose the hotel because of it's spa facilities and pool. The spa is not extensive, there is a sauna and the usual treatments available, and the rooftop pool offers great views across the city. The hotel is a 15-20 minute walk from the Grand Place and next door to the Metro so getting around was easy. Very good standard of room with all the latest pad control with access to services. "Enjoyed our stay, we've previously stayed next to Grand place so we wanted to try a new area and see a different part of Brussels. Though its still walkable to Grand place. The men at the security desk seemend nice and welcoming. Reception staff were ok but I think its more of a European thing where it can be a hit or miss. Our room was excellent and clean thanks to housekeeping. Hotel is close to metro stations if you want to travel elsewehere but otherwise you have everything you'd need...
