"Exemplary service from all staff here. Received a complimentary room upgrade to a suite with an excellent view of the fields and mountains. Cozy and tranquil. It’s not near to Sapa town though but they have an in-house restaurant with good variety of food at very reasonable prices as well. Best place for a recharge and back to nature moments. "

"The farmstay was a highlight of our trip to Vietnam. The grounds and countryside were spectacular. It was a perfect base for our treking around the SaPa area. The family were so hospitable, the meals were great and the children very cute and friendly. "

"For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). "It was an excellent stay in a room with a great view of the valley. The room was comfortable and the complimentary breakfast was great. The staff even watched my bags before I checked in so I could check out the town and Fansipan. "
