"No service, no information, we went to get breakfast 9:15 but apparently breakfast ended at 9am we were not informed of this. We took the free bottles of water from the room, and they tried to charge us for them, because they were cold(we put them in the fridge) There was a hole in the bathroom door. The douche/bidet/hose was leaking, so the bathroom floor was flooded all the time. No one can speak any English, so communication is via translator apps "

Beautiful Place in Sapa

"It was an amazing experience staying here and was an overall highlight to our stay in Vietnam. The property is beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. They got us to the train & cable car station asap and we were off to the adventure at Fanispan. I was so impressed with the lobby upon arrival that I immediately asked to be upgraded to a suite. This is a must stay when in Sapa. "

"Beautiful, modern clean hotel in Sa Pa. Had a suite with balcony valley view Wow 👌 Breakfast was great offering cerial, fresh milk, fruit juices not a bad cuppa tea.. eggs/ommlettes cooked to order fresh bread choices for toast cheese baked beans were discovered amongst the vast choice of Vietnamese offerings if thats for you. Highly recommend this Hotel a visit to Cat Cat Village is a must 👌 "

"We really loved the location and hospitality. They were super helpful with not only the stay, but any adventure we were seeking. They also rented us a motorbike which made things easy. We could message them about anything and the response was quick. "

Amazing budget luxury experience!!!

"Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!! You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion. I could not recommend this place more!!!!"

"This place was an absolutely amazing choice to stay in Sapa. We had to walk up some pretty hectic hills to get there but the views from the homestay were absolutely worth it and after all the good food we ate the exercise was proabably needed! You could get a cab or bike up the hills if required. Amazing customer service, the staff are so incredibly friendly, and they cook some pretty great food as well. The cabin we stayed in was perfect, it was quaint and comfortable, very cosy. Despite there being no heating there was heated blankets we could use and a heater provided. The hot water system was also amazing compared to many we have experienced in Asia. They also had dogs (one had puppies whilst we were there!) and cats, the best breakfast companions. We would definitely recommend this place for others to stay whilst in Sapa and we hope to come back!"
