"It’s nice because it’s new. And by new, I mean they remodeled an old hotel. It’s for sure the best option in Bac ninh. If I’m less busy I’d prefer to stay in Hanoi and endure the long commute. Breakfast here sucks. The bed isn’t comfy. But it’s newly remodeled and looks clean. Far better than other options in the area. No competition. Service is good but slow. But I guess all the staff are new and still learning. Good experience for Bac ninh, but I was hoping for more. "
"Fantastic hotel. Staff were amazing with many speaking a little English. Thank you for learning that to help us. Swimming pool was probably the best we have had in Vietnam or infact anywhere. It was cool and refreshing.
