"We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Hanoi taking side trips to Sapa and Halong bay so ended up checking into and out lf the GM Premium 3 times. It is in an excellent location and the rooms are very comfortable with the hotel having a rooftop bar, pool and restaurant for the buffet breakfast. There is also a small gym in the basement but with little equipment. The staff were incredible with nothing being too much trouble.
