"I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is situated in a very quaint alley with the cathedral at the end of the alley. The hotel is ideally located within easy walking distance of the Old Quarter and Hoan Kiem lake. The staff at the hotel are very friendly and helpful. The facilities at the hotel however are a bit tired and worn and could do with some upgrade. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay again."

"Nothing spectacular about the stay... room is very small but adequate, although for two people out would be cramped. Breakfast is small but very good, with an excellent selection of fresh fruit... noise echos in the halls and with thin walls it can be noisy"

"The property was very nice and one of the best in Sapa. The room had all the amenities and the balcony was huge. The room was very spacious and the bathtub was a highlight. All the best shopping and eating places were nearby. However, the staff was not very friendly and behaved rudely on many instances. Also, the breakfast had very few vegetarian options, please keep that in mind."

"Beautiful room, clean, great view, brilliant service. A great hotel. Lovely food. Only issue was that the room was for 4 people, however the sofa bed which becomes a bed for two people is very small and uncomfortable. "
