We just loved this place and the service was amazing. It was well priced and the breakfast (included) was good. The staff was so amazing--arranging free showers after to our Sapa trekking to a surprise birthday cake for my daughter. Tour desk manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful and ogrganised our Halong Bay cruise at a good price and on a top boat,"Galaxy". Good Bia Hoi just around the corner.
