Staff were friendly and helpful and kid friend options including roof top pool and connecting shopping mall. Just wish Bon Marriott would honour points/ stays booked with Expedia.

The view from the room and lounge was truly amazing, and the breakfast was so sophisticated, especially the Vietnamese dim sum, sambal, was so delicious that I would stay again just to have this breakfast. I also appreciate that they were able to accommodate the requests I had asked for in advance. At check-in, there may have been some misunderstanding due to my poor English, but the receptionist did not exchange my Japanese yen for dong, and I wasted a lot of time learning unfamiliar cash-out procedures in the middle of the night, which was disappointing, The next day, I avoided that receptionist and dared to ask another staff member to exchange money, and it turned out to be all right.
