"The room quality was great in overall, well air conditioned and bed was comfy. The breakfast was also satisfying with variety of dishes. Especially, the reception staff 'Anna' was really kind, showed the best hospitality and had been always spontaneous in giving help. "The oriental suites provided an exceptional experience in old town Hanoi. The suite with balcony was very spacious and was a great place to take a break from the crowded old town streets. We arrived just before typhoon Yagi and after cancelling some plans decided to wait out the storm in Hanoi.
