Super clean, super comfortable so close to the airport easy to find and the staff were super flexible in allowing us to come at ungodly hours. Thank you guys."

"The lock of inside on my room is broken and won't close. I have to lock it with a key, but the light won't turn on unless I insert the key, so I need to use my cell phone light. The bathroom and toilet are shared, so I need to use my cell phone light to open and close the door every time I leave the room. Also, the room and bathroom aren't cleaned, there are mosquito bites on the mirror, and the shower hose is covered in dust. What's bothersome is that I have to ask for the bath towels to be...

"The property and family that run it are great. I chose the property for it's quiet location after the chaos of Hanoi. Unfortunately construction work very near by was very loud during the day starting early in the morning and going on all day. Very sad for the business. They did provide ear plugs but didn't really fix the issues 🌺"

"Enjoyed a different part of Ha Noi. Line was very warm & hospitable as host. Furnishings are pretty. Many areas, especially upstairs outdoor lounge were very unclean & needed wiping & sweeping to use, so we didn't, which is unfortunate as the lake view from roof is lovely. "Nous avons été accueillis dès notre arrivée, puis à nouveau lorsque nous sommes revenus de notre voyage dans la baie d’Halong. Le personnel était toujours professionnel, chaleureux, amical et efficace. Nous avions deux chambres communicantes qui étaient spacieuses, très propres et les lits très confortables. "The staff was very great and helpful. Mia checked me in, She really was welcoming after I had a long travel. Helped get set up. Anna helped me check out and helped me out with the logistics. The room was amazing, very nice, clean and spacious. Everything was very clean. Good breakfast with lots of options. Awesome location."

"We had an absolute incredible time. The property was gorgeous. The service was top-notch. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful in all areas. We had a wonderful time sitting upstairs in the Sky bar. The bartenders have a craft that is off the charts. Recommend this place hotel it hit 10 out of 10 "
