"Property is as advertised. Pros: Very convenient location in the airport with great staff at reception who are very helpful. The single room was well equipped, clean - the bedding in particular was fresh - and with air-con and a fan for comfort. Cons 1. "Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost...

"We stayed for a night here while transiting through hanoi. They were very responsive to all my queries and went above to make sure I was taken care of. We had a late night flight and asked for checkin a day later and they responded to my request immediately. Had a cab come to pick us up at the airport as we were landing at 2 AM in the morning. Overall I would recommend staying here for anyone wanting a place near the airport."

"This hotel was a 10 minute drive to the airport. The surrounding area had several restaurants but there’s not much else if you’re looking for activities. "Got there about 9:30 pm after two hour delay on flight. No restaurant opened at night in hotel! We were told to go blocks away on foot —name unknowN—but nothing open. Night and morning staff know little English so no help in finding us a doctor. They were out of half breakfast choices due to Tet but Tet over two days before. No cut fruit with breakfast and coffee pot out."
