"Stay away, avoid at all costs. Don’t know where they get the name suites but it isn’t from their rooms. Front desk doesn’t speak English and the overnight front desk worker sleeps on the coach in the lobby where the front door is locked and you cannot exit at 6am. No welcome drink and the shower is over the toilet. No curtain, nothing to prevent everything in the bathroom from getting wet. Terrible place."

"旧市街にあるのでいろんな所にアクセスしやすく観光に適してる。レセプションはとても親切。夜中は車の音やクラクションの音、上の階の人の歩く音で寝れないことがあった。ハウスキーピングサービスは日によって、タオルの置き場所が違ったりと、担当するスタッフによってレベルは様々。ランドリーサービスは専用の用紙に記入し、専用の袋に入れ、わかりやすく机に置いておかないとやってもらえない。洗い上がりは翌日の夜くらい。チェックアウト後、空港までの送迎サービスを頼んだ。200,000VNDとレセプションで言われたが、到着後に300,000VNDを要求された。聞いた話と違うが、相場だったので支払った。Grabを使った方が心理的に心地よく利用できる気がする。"
