"Had an amazing time on the cruise. The staff were great, the rooms were beautiful and the tour was excellently organised. I would recommend to anyone. The only small downside was wanted to spend more time on the boat. We got onto the boat around 1pm and had a safety briefing. We left the boat at 10am the next morning. If we’d have known this before we would have stayed an extra night. But the whole thing was wonderful nonetheless. "

"Great luxurious hotel. Staff very nice but they don’t speak English or understand English. The management team is amazing helpful and fluent in English. Beautiful pool and amazing rooftop views. Excellent Spa service with sauna and steam bath. "

"I don’t have enough words. From the customer service booking my stay, accommodations, attention to personal detail and service on board I can’t say enough. I thoroughly enjoyed the excursions! It was a cool and cloudy day, and ai loved my stay so much i plan on re booking when the weather is much nicer! "

"Lovely experience from start to finish. All staff very friendly and welcoming. The food was of very good quality and the price of drinks reasonable. They could do with having a printed itinerary with timings as we were a bit late for dinner as we weren't sure if the meal time. They made a special effort for decorations and birthday cake for my husband. Katay and Ian accompanied our group and we're very attentive. Rooms very spacious. Everything was well organised."

"Had a blast during my birthday trip with family. We booked for an overnight cruise and felt it was enough. You have option to book 2 nights or more though. M Gloria cruise was decently luxurious but there are some wear and tear you can notice especially in the bathroom area. Food was nice though nothing really special. "BEST BOAT IN THE BAY🚢⚓️ Clean , big rooms , great food staff. Definitely recommend spending a little bit more to get on this boat ~ we were traveling from the USA and we thought the weather was supposed to be nice and it rain for both days that we were in Ha Long Bay, which kind of sucked, but you can’t control the weather. "I did the 1 night cruise and the whole experience was excellent. The administration (Anna) was very friendly and efficient and the logistics for the shuttle were clear. Once on board, the staff were very kind and attentive, the cabin was comfortable and the food was delicious. I enjoyed the excursions, particularly the caves and hiking. Would recommend to others. 5/5 "
