"Serge at the front desk was very helpful with our checkin. One of our bedsheets had a shoe mark on it and we encontered the same issue with the prevoius resort in Mallorca as well. Other than that everything is fine. Breakfaat is decent with enough choices. Room is spacious only problem waa the mosquitos."

"We got the suite with the pool which is an excellent spacious room with a great view. Room was very clean and nice and better than seen in pictures posted on the site. The hotel itself is a little dated so not sure how the regular rooms look like. Staff is friendly and still a good location. There's a lot of parking in the area and a fairly good spot in Cala Bona and close to Cala Millor. Great dining options in the area too. Try Sa Punta and Mediterranea."

"This is a lovely old country house with mod cons. It is some distance from the town/s so a hire car is necessary. The staff were caring and helpful. Breakfasts were excellent and varied. We had a nice peaceful stay and visited many of our favourite parts of this beautiful island easily because the hotel is very centrally located. Big hugs from Cameron to Lucy!"

"The staff were nice. Location was good and within walking distance to the street market, restaraunts, beach and tour pickups. Lots of options for the in house buffets and we had some fun entertainment each night. Small issue with showers slow to drain. Bigger issue was the beds, like sleeping on a park bench and had to use the extra comforters to provide a bit of cushion. That said, my mom loved her bed."

"I had such an amazing stay here! The room was super nice and clean and the view from our balcony was AMAZING! Breakfast and dinner was included in our room which made it super convenient and there were multiple bars and restaurants on the property. The beach is also right there so you don’t even need to go anywhere to enjoy a nice day! I will definitely be staying here again!"

"Enjoyed my stay even though it was out of season and quiet but hotel provided excellent service , great rooms though would have liked tea and coffee facilities in room. the drinks and food served in bar was reasonably priced. The entertainment in the evening was ok just bingo. Not many shops or restaurants open but found places to eat. Would come back in high season x"

"Good, but not perfect. Hotel itself is nice, not 'a million rooms crammed into a tiny complex' which you'll see on the island. We stayed All Inclusive for a week and left 3rd of November, hotel was beginning to wind down for the season as we were leaving, it got very very busy from 31st October as they must have had a special Spanish Resident deal on, for Halloween. Good bits: pools are nice, with a small indoor pool and new spa area. Kids splash pool is ideal for around 8y and under. Food is...
