They claim to have a pool bar, but it is never open and when you order a drink, they have to get it from the bar in the main floor, which takes quite some time. "Amazing all around beautiful hotel"

"The hotel is very nice and the first impression when you get there is excellent. However, as we had experiences with the service, like requests for towels, we started sensing weaknesses. I am not sure if I would stay there again, or will go back to Nicolás de Ovando, our usual hotel in the colonial zone."
