"Had a lovely stay at the Chapter House. The hotel building is beautiful full of character and quirky. Our room was lovely. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom with cathedral view. Staff were very professional and helpful. The only negative was the underwhelming breakfast but there are lots of eating places close by. Would definitely recommend hotel but give breakfast a miss next time"

"Excellent location, very convenient for Salisbury Cathedral, Guildhall Market, Poultry Cross, tons of shopping, very accessible. Staff are excellent, very friendly & helpful. Great breakfast included. Hotel has a parking lot, additional cost of 7.50 GBP daily. Worth it if you have a car. About 20 minute drive to Stonehenge. Great place!"

Restaurant on site, cannot comment as we unfortunately couldn’t eat there as big time delay in food service. Many choices for dining in Salisbury a short drive away. Recently renovated, looks fresh and modern. Long corridors, two floors, no lifts. Our room felt like it was one of the furthest away from reception and up one floor so not great if you have mobility issues or when you...

We watched the hotel Christmas decorations going up yesterday so it looks even more magnificent - tempted to make another trip leading up to the festive celebrations. Great hotel! "
