"Despite service in the restaurant is excellent and the rest of the staff in the hotel are very good. Unfortunately the manners and overall attitud of the reception staff at a recent check in and check out... very noon welcoming language, rude and obnoxious behaviour. Our suggestion... lots and lots of training!!!"

"I sent 2 emails and called the hotel once to arrange a pick up at the airport. I was not picked up and at 1:30 AM got ripped off by the only taxi at the airport. If one is English speaking only, this hotel is not for you. English is poorly spoken and poorly understood. We ate lunch at their restaurant, being the only ones there. "It was sold to me as a 4 stars hotels but it is not even a 1 star hotel and I know how 4 stars hotel look like because I stayed in el=Biar hotel for only one night and moved to Holiday Inn a 4 stars hotels. El Biar has not central AC, showers without shower curtains. It was sold to me with 24 hours airport shuttle; this is false.
