"Was able to get an early check-in and start the fun at the water park. Room was really nice, booked the two bedroom balcony suite. Got an upgrade to the courtyard view. Seen poor reviews about food and service, but we enjoyed our meals and had no issue with service. Stayed on a Saturday night, so main "complaints" are that most restaurants only opened after 4pm, some areas of the water park were temporarily closed, and even though we had access to the water park on our check out date, the water...

"We have been coming here for years. #1 Reason is because Michael treats us like VIP'S, ALWAYS !!!! Is the reason we send so many friends and family there. Beautiful pool and jacuzzi, Unbelievable SUITES , View of the mountains, the lake and the trees are amazing. You see this view from everywhere. Yoga classes. Amazing activity room downstairs with pool tables, ping pong tables, lounges and more. GREAT GYM !"
