"There was no Internet connection during our stay in apartment. In addition cellphones do not work inside apartment because of weak signal. When you need to make a phone call you go outside. When you go outside you need keys and because we had only one set of keys with knob which turns on the light in apartment my wife had to wait me in the dark."

"Dario the host is a very proud Napolian … he cares, welcoming us in person even though we arrived close to midnight! He carefully explains all important aspects of the property eg the multiple aspects of the secure entry. The location is great … nice and central and many restaurant options nearby. "The employees are very nice and helpful. The hotel is clean and have nice rooms. Very close to stores and public transports. From some rooms you can see the Vesuvio. Around the hotel, it's noisy, but the window blocks the majority of it. Not the nicest area, but for a business trip, it was perfect."

"Staff was very accommodating. Close to transportation and easy to acquire transportation. It is about a mile from the main train station, you can walk it or a cab costs around €15-17. May be better to get a cab considering the Naples area doesn’t seem to be the best, in comparison to Sorrento, cleanliness/safety-wise. Hotel was great though. Naples area in general, not as nice as the hotel was. Staff was exceptional, friendly and polite. Thank you for you."
