"If you have issues with stairs, this is not the place for you. The rooms are on level 4 and 5 with breakfast on 6. There is no elevator beyond level 4 and at times people did not shut the elevator door properly (old school) and twice I had to climb up 5 flights of stairs with a strained ankle. So if you have an issue going up stairs, I do not recommend. However friendly owner who provides breakfast (not much English but we were able to communicate fine), helpful in figuring out arrival and entry...

"Old architecture, high ceiling, hotel on the second floor (no elevator), some heating problem. Property is very close to center of the city. Manager is very friendly and helpful. It was a nice experience."

"This place is a gem! Perfect location and amazing staff. Very friendly and communicative. There are 2 reasons I am not giving this location a full 5 star review. One is that there was a lack of hot water. The shower and sink lost pressure when turned to hot and it took a very long time to heat up. I am sure in the summer this is not an issue but it was in the winter. Something else to be aware of, the Main Street is very loud at night. We could hear full conversations from people on the street....

"Great location (across the street from the central train lines) and the bus to/from the airport. The location is very urban/gritty but felt totally safe. The accommodation is clean/comfortable. It is a very old building but has a lift. You choose what you want for breakfast and it is brought to your room. Good location to explore Naples and to catch the train for day trips. "
