"I have the double room booked. It felt like a really cool hotel room but with incredible amenities. The staff was as always engaging with the guests, pasta night, beer pong etc ... It was cool that there was someone there 24hrs a day and there is a kitchen downstairs also open 24hrs that was stocked with fresh fruit and vegetables and pasta which is completely complimentary...that's correct it's complimentary. I'm generally not a hostel type person BUT this is one place in Naples you got to stay...

"Nicest hostel I had ever seen. Really a hotel. Close to old town but far enough to be quiet. Large room and bathroom. Staff was pleasant and professional. Breakfast was huge for Europe: scrambled & boiled eggs, toast, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, vegetables, pastries and sweets, fruit, milk, coffee, juice. Elevator. Few steps. Not fancy but both nice and functional. Some British school groups when we were there. "

The room I booked was overbooked and when I got back to the room someone's stuff was on my bed and my stuff had been moved, I convinced a couple to sleep together so I could have a place to sleep. Later in the night they tried to put 2 more people in the already full room and woke me up at 2am to ask which beds are free, none of them ovi. "We stayed 3 nights and it met all our requirements and more! I slept on the pull out sofa which was very comfortable . Lots of space to put our things. There is a terrace across the apt with chairs and a table etc. none of us were familiar with Naples and the flat is in really good neighbourhood. A very nice touch was a voucher for morning coffee and croissant at nearby cafe. The communication upon arrival was prompt, clear and all very professional . 5⭐️"

"The hostel is very central with a friendly staff. It's an old building so dont expect super fancy, expect cosy and homey. The rooms are large and clean, same with the kitchen. The showers are busy especially now when its super hot, so they are not the cleanest at all times, but I think they are cleaned daily, or even several times a day. Beds are very comfortable too. Overall a very nice stay and a very good hostel for the price! "
