"Was disappointed with the restaurant closing so early especially as it was Christmas week. Hotel did not appear anywhere near full and yet our room overlooked the car park, would have been nice to have a view of the river as that is the main attraction "

"The sun was burning on the day of arrival at 11am , 40 degrees. We asked the receptionist, a gentleman (unfortunately I didn't remember his name) to drop off the luggage first, and he checked us in earlier. :) Room size , bathroom size is generous. Bed is comfy, bed sheets and towels are clean. My only "complaint" is that there was no complimentary water (2 bottles for guests). I am not sure if most hotels don't provide that anymore. "Overall great location for walking into the city. Kids loved the pool facilities. Rooms were a great size however the bathrooms could really do with an update/decent scrub. Walls were defiantly not soundproof as noted on the booking website with a loud TV next door on til late."

"Fantastic hotel, perfectly located a 5 minute easy walk to Murdoch train and bus station, with great service from staff, especially at breakfast.  Room very quiet, with modern design meaning the aircon is virtually silent in the room but works fantastically.  Breakfast option with the room outstanding value, with quality food cooked perfectly and delivered by polite and friendly staff.  Improvements - the in-room fridge temperature is pre-set and cannot be changed, but was set to about 6 Celcius...
