"We booked a superior room but it ended up being an internal room with a window that looked into a light well. We were not aware that the room would have no natural light. We were on the 10th floor, the top of the light well was on the 20th something floor. "

"This Holiday Inn property is conveniently located near the Southern Cross station making transportation very easy. The hotel is modern with updated rooms. The on-site restaurant serves a delicious hot breakfast buffet with many food options. The staff was welcoming and helpful. I really appreciated being allowed to check in a couple of hours early to rest before we went sightseeing. Overall, a wonderful stay. Thank you to everyone there!"
